ATM Moneylink

Your bank in your hands.

Standard Chartered Bank's wide network of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) provides you with a safe and convenient way to conduct your day to day banking. You no longer have to carry large sums of cash with all the attendant risks. At any time or day you can use your Moneylink ATM Card to withdraw cash up to a predetermined limit from your Current and Savings accounts at any of our ATMs.

The Moneylink card is a plastic card with a magnetic strip, which is available to our Savings and Current account holders free of charge.

That is not all. At a click of a button the following additional services are also available on our ATMs using the Moneylink Card. You can:

  • Cash withdrawals up to Maximum ZMK 990,000 per day
  • Request your balance
  • Order a Statement and it will be sent to you through the mail
  • Order a Cheque Book
  • Print a mini-statement while you wait
  • Move funds between your accounts
  • Change your own PIN number, but only once
  • Pay your utility bills with Lusaka Water and Sewerage using the Bills Payment Facility on the ATM
  • Deposit cheques at Lusaka main Branch Automated Banking Centre using the Cheque Deposit Facility on our ATM. Once the Cheque is deposited, the customer's account is credited using normal clearance procedure before it is given value.

A few simple rule and helpful reminders

  • If you lose or misplace your card, inform the bank immediately, so that we can discontinue the use of that card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) and allocate you a new one.
  • Never give your PIN to any other person
  • Memorize your PIN as this protects your accounts and denies anyone access.
  • To avoid damaging your card, do not place it near magnetic fields e.g. mobile phones, radios, television sets etc.
